Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, also know as SAPP, is a highly versatile inorganic compound widely used in various food and industrial applications. As binder, stabilizer, emulsifier, SAPP is renowned for its ability to improve the texture, flavor, and appearance of cakes, bread, pastry, biscuits, canned food, instant noodles.
SAPP is also used as a buffering / leavening agent, replacing traditional baking powder, yeast, and ammonium bicarbonate in many recipes. With its excellent buffering capacity, SAPP can regulate the pH in food products, preventing discoloration and the growth of harmful bacteria

Application:
1. In Food Industry:
- Baked Goods: Biscuits, crackers, cookies, bread.
2. In Cosmetics and Electrical Industry:
- Dyes & Pigments, Fire extinguishing products, manufacturing of catalysts, ceramics and many others.

- Plastic paper bag or three layer kraft paper bag, net weight of each is 25kg.
